When it was founded in 2001, EPSA was a consulting firm specializing in indirect purchasing and more specifically in the travel industry. Thanks to its numerous successes in purchasing optimization, EPSA has built a reputation in the operational performance support sector.

A few years later, in 2015, EPSA succeeded in diversifying its areas of expertise by integrating a BPO (Business Performance Outsourcing) offer, social cost optimization, change management and purchasing outsourcing via its own Marketplace.
