Responsibilities
- Establishing contact, arranging and holding business meetings with potential clients on the Polish market via telephone, e-mail and social media (including cold calling)
- Prospecting and internet research
- Diagnosis and analysis of potential clients’ potential, including: analysis of documents and financial statements, initial qualification of technical and financial potential
- Systematic registration of sales activities in the CRM system
- Support in the recruitment process, induction of new employees and their training
- Achievement of set sales targets
- Acquiring new clients, including conducting a full sales cycle – from holding a meeting to signing a contract (including in English)
- Conducting meetings in the form of videoconferences and F2F throughout the country (including in English)
- Contract negotiations, including analysis and introducing changes to the contract within the scope of its competences and powers (including in English)
Requirements
- Experience in the B2B sector
- Experience in: sales / direct customer service / consulting or similar
- Preferred experience in the professional services sales sector, in particular: tax credits or subsidies
- Knowledge of sales techniques and tools
- Higher education
- Willingness and speed to learn
- Easy to adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Resistance to change and refusal
- Task-oriented and determination in achieving professional goals
- Eloquence, excellent verbal skills
- The ability to conduct a cultural discussion, including logical and substantive argumentation
- Openness, communication
- Ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of the English language at least B2/C1 level
- Active category B driving license
- Availability to make business trips throughout the country
